I work with business owners and creative professionals through one-on-one coaching conversations that go straight to what matters. This is reflective, present, and honest work, not motivational coaching or performance optimization.

Twenty plus years of working inside performance, elite client service, and organizational leadership taught me that the most important conversations rarely happen in the room where decisions get made. They happen in the quieter moments when someone is finally willing to look closely at what is actually true for them. That is the space I create. My approach is informed by parts-based and embodiment work, which means we pay attention not just to what you think but to what you carry.

Rather than chasing goals or quick clarity, our conversations focus on what is actually true for you right now, what is no longer aligned, and what deserves your attention.

Clients often arrive capable and accomplished, yet inwardly conflicted or quietly restless. Coaching offers a direct, steady place to think clearly, name what is true, and choose how you want to move forward.
